We had a bit of rain and he did offer the "carriage" option (stay under a roof for the rest of the tour), but our group decided to continue on. I also appreciated the option to sit when we made it to the Capital. My only criticism would be that in certain areas where he stopped to talk, there was so much road noise, it was hard to hear.”
